ACC Men's Tennis Awards

Virginia captured two of the three individual awards and landed three players on the All-ACC team.

Virginia's Somdev Devvarman, the #1 player in the country (and part of the #1 doubles team in the country) was named the ACC Player of the Year.

Coach Brian Boland won ACC Coach of the Year for the 2nd time in his short tenure at U.Va.

Treat Huey (Somdev's partner on that #1 doubles team) and Sanam Singh (a freshman phenom who had just a terrific year) were the Cavaliers that joined Somdev on the All-ACC team.

The Wahoos have a bye in the first round of the ACC Tournament that starts today. They take on the winner of the NCSU/GT game (in progress, but there's no Live Stats) at 9am tomorrow.
